He started out as a welder in the metal framework of buildings and a boilermaker on tank-type equipment. He joined ASTeKE at the end of 2020. His initial training and his IWT diploma allow him to work actively on topics related to the field of welded construction.

Specialist corrosion protection inspector

Experience of more than 20 years as a quality manager, including the last 10 years in an SME specializing in anti-corrosion surface treatment (abrasive blasting, metallization and liquid paints) in a wide variety of sectors (works of art, military , oil & gas, wind power, handling).

Nizar JEMAI

Specialized civil engineering controller

Nizar has more than 20 years of experience in the field of engineering structures, including nearly 10 years as a works supervisor/inspector. Its extensive experience in civil engineering construction projects and its ability to mobilize specialized internal skills enable it to manage large-scale projects.

Alexandre DEROUET

Materials engineer

Alexandre has mainly carried out research activities in the field of materials and in particular on the characterization of materials. His initial training allows him to intervene actively on subjects related to materials, particularly in the context of studies related to protection against corrosion or the behavior of steels in aggressive environments.

Rattaché au directeur, vous assurez la vérification de l'exécution de construction métalliques depuis l'approvisionnement des matières jusqu'à la réception des protections contre la corrosion en veillant à respecter les procédures, méthodes et valeurs de l’entreprise. 

Vous êtes, à minima, titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau 3 dans un domaine lié à la construction métallique. 
Vous possédez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine du contrôle ou de l'inspection des ouvrages métalliques de préférence avec des expériences dans le domaine de la construction soudée et de la peinture.
Une qualification COFREND et/ou FROSIO sera appréciée tout comme une expérience dans le domaine des ouvrages maritimes et/ou fluviaux.
Déplacements réguliers dans le grand ouest et ponctuellement nationaux sont à prévoir (véhicule de fonction à disposition).
Vous avez le sens du client, êtes rigoureux et avec un esprit critique.

Vos missions consistent à :
  • Analyser des dossiers techniques des projets y compris les documents d'exécution rédigés par les entreprises
  • Organiser et réaliser les visites de contrôle dans les ateliers des constructeurs ou sur les sites de travaux et ce dans le respect des calendriers et programmes de contrôles
  • Veiller au respect des règlementations et normes par les entreprises en charge des fabrications
  • Rédiger les différents documents liés à vos missions et notamment rapports d'examen de documents d'exécution, les procès-verbaux de visites, rapports de diagnostic ou d'investigations sur site
  • Participer à la rédaction de cahier des charges de fabrication d'équipements ou ouvrages métalliques
